Anew app called “Spottle” promises to change the dating game with 30-second real time video chats instead of swiping. The chats happen each Thursday and Saturday night at 9pm ET. Users play a simulated version of “Spin The Bottle” to find out who they’ll be chatting with... and possibly even “virtually kissing” by the end of the chat.
