These days most of us can’t go an hour without looking at our devices, so you can imagine dealing with tech problems like low batteries, bad Wi-Fi and more can be quite frustrating. Well, apparently such issues are happening a lot and it’s driving folks crazy.
A new survey finds most Americans (53%) deal with as many as five tech frustrations every day, with more than 80% of people suffering some type of tech problem on a daily basis. And such tech issues can certainly ruin a day, with 40% of people saying they spend more than 10 minutes dealing with each tech issue.
Not surprising, folks' Smartphones are their most frustrating device (75%), followed by their laptop (61%) and Internet router (61%)
As for what tech problems frustrate us the most, Wi-Fi issues were most people’s biggest complaints (80%), followed by inability to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot (74%).Other frustrating tech issues include:
- Connection but no Internet (71%)
- Slow downloads or buffering (70%)
- Login/signup problems (70%)
- Battery dying when you need it most (69%)
- Computer, app or program crashes (68%)
- Forgetting password (68%)
- Viruses/security issues (67%)
- Low battery; charging issues (67%)
